I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I have a B.S. in Psychology.
My hobbies:
Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my family and friends. Moving my body is also a passion of mine!

Your healthy lifestyle is a marathon, not a sprint. Focus on finding balance and work towards slow and sustainable changes that feel doable in the long term.
