I have my B.S. in Exercise Science and love attending educational events to explore this field.
My hobbies:
I love staying active and going to the gym. I also really love my garden, it's a great reminder that good things take time.

Recognize the good that you're doing for yourself on the way to your goal. The small changes can mean the most!
